Here they are in 1881.  A search for Anne Elizabeth was unsuccessful so she either married or died before the census.

1891 census

6 Hopton Street, Horncastle

Ada ROLLINSON head 21 seamstress
Lottie boarder 19 seamstress
William boarder 14 general labourer
Louisa FIXTER?? boarder 10 months

All born Horncastle

RG12/2598 folio 69 page 7

This entry above could well confirm the connection with the grandmother Ann at 7 Hopton Street in 1881 :-\

1891 Skirbeck?? Villa, Spilsby Road, Skirbeck

Harriett ROLLINSON 17 b.Horncastle servant to an Eliza UTTERLEY/UTTERBY (housemaid)

RG12/2575 folio 103 page 3

I guess that you probably have Harriett in the 1901 census with JOHNSON relatives :-\
