Hi Dewi,

Sorry to be so tardy in replying - have looked at parish registers (on net!!) and IGI - I know that Welsh churches were reluctant to let the Mormons have a look at their records - and am further hampered by him entering Llanberis, Llanlechid and Llandygai as his place of birth on 1851, 1861 and 1871 censuses.

In passing, you may remember we had a 'correspondence' about our respective Williamses, and the location of Dolwenith - I have found it on the OS Outdoor KLeisure map 17, slightly to the east of Llanllyfni, if that is any help.
