Civil registration Index Lookup

Hi,
can anyone tell me if the Civil registration Index on Ancestry is complete?
Have been looking for Winifred Lyzzey Collins. Census 1881 and 1891 say she's from Dorking Surrey.
According to the marriage cert. August 9th 1903 in Dorking (to James William windley also from Dorking) she was 25 years at the time. This would mean sh was born 1877/1878.
Can anyone look her up for me please? father John, mother ?

It is far from complete as it holds, at the moment, about 15 million records terminating at about 1900.

Southern or Southan [Hereford , Monmouthshire & Glos], Jenkins, Meredith and Morgan [Monmouthshire and Glos.], Murrill, Damary, Damry, Ray, Lawrence [all Middx. & London], Nethway from Kenn or Yatton. Also Riley and Lyons in South Africa and Riley from St. Helena.

I believe that it is amirror of the freebmd site. A coverage chart for the site is here, http://freebmd.rootsweb.com/progress.shtml , and the good/bad news is that they have done very few of the 1867/1868 births.

So you have a good chance of still finding her, only it looks like you may have to either pay, or wait.
