Hi,

I live in Dunmore only a couple of miles from the Clonbern road.
If you still have no information about south lodge I will ask around locally and see if I can get some information for you.  :)

Hi, would your South Lodge be Louth Lodge? There is no South, but there is a Louth Lodge.

Also, Louth Lodge is a new-ish innovation. On official documentation and www.census1911.ie the townland is called Lissybroder.

Heneghan: on July 1838 Brigit was born to Denis Heneghan & Mary (Mullin).
On Apr 22 1838 Mary was born to James or Thomas Heneghan & Brigit (Lyons).
On Jan 18 1834 Peter was born to Thomas or James Heneghan & Brigit (Lyons).
All in Lissybroder, Dunmore Co Galway. Records as per the National Liabrary of Ireland.

I hope this helps.

Chris

I will appreciate any advice about visiting Dunmore, the site of my Great-grandfather's christening.
