OWMBY isn't it?  As many residents were born Caenby and Normanby, I assume it's Owmby by Spital.

I can't read his wife's name either.

For what its worth I think her name is Lois. There are only 4 letters in the name not 5 as it seems, the tail from the G of George overlaps.

My money is on Owmby. RG13/3067 was a Lincoln piece number making it Owmby By Spital.
