1881 census

Looking everywhere for a Parker or Henry Parker Courtley in the 1881 census but just can not find him.he was born in the Durham area around Barnard Castle about 1863, I have got him when he married in 1883 and after that but before that i  am just at a loss,dont know any more about him so i am hoping someone  could help me find him ???....thanks Mackim

THanks for your info i looked at the 1881 census  details you gave me and i think there must have been a spelling mistake as he sounds like the one i want. As i have him in 1901 as a head grocer, looked liked you found what i was looking for.....cheers mackim

Trouble is I can't see him earlier. Do you have a father's name for him?  :)

Sorry i dont the only ideas i have is  one of his sons could have been called after him, as they did a lot of that them days, sons were like i say Parker, Henry P, Thomas Edward, and Wilfred.....cheers Mackim
