St. Gile's baptism
« on: Saturday 28 July 07 21:35 BST (UK) »
I would appreciate if anyone would look up the possible baptism of William Cox at St. Gile's, Rowley Regis. He was born between April 1874 and April 1875. I think there is more than one William Cox born Rowley Regis around this time, but I am almost certain that the parents of the William I am trying to trace were Thomas and Amelia Cox.
As Thomas and Amelia (nee Hill) didn't marry until December 1874, William could have been illegitimate.
Many thanks to anyone who is willing and able to visit the archives...Sandwell?
Regards,
Doreen
