1841 look up or marriage look up please

Can anyone help with an 1841 look up here, please.

Sarah Lockton's first husband was my 2nd gg uncle William Lockton b. 1818 Grantham.

I've never been able to find an 1841 for him, so perhaps he was away soldiering then as well. He never appears again, so I assume he was killed in war. I would expect Sarah to be in Marston on the 1841 though. I have the 1851 and 1861 as follows:

1851 Marston
Sarah Lockton Head 33 Laundress (husband soldier)
John 10 Errand boy Marston
Mary 3 scholar Marston

1861 William Jacques head married 42 ag lab Marston
Sarah 43 Branstone
Mary Elizbeth Lockton 12 Marston
Edward Lockton 9 Marston

 Sarah remarried to a William Jaques at Newark July Qtr 1858, but when did she and William Lockton marry and what was her surname? I'd love to know.

If you obtain birth certificates for one of the children, you'll see what Sarah's maiden name was.
