Have had a treble whiskey and soda(your double and a single for me) :o

I am now reloading Okehampton and will go through it again, then redo Sourton for you. :-\

Its threatening to snow here, so have log fire going in anticipation of being snowed in ;D

Went through Okehampton Friday night, should have stopped at the museum and asked them about MILLS in 1861  ;D

By the way, hope you liked the site ;D

DEBBI(sozzled and still hating the unindexed 1861 for Devon)

PS the enumerators should have been shot at dawn too >:(

pps Are you sure Robert and Elizabeth are wrong? Cos the ages tally.

Snow My goodness...never met that stuff  8) Are you In Devon Debbi?  Here it is threatening to make us the baked Xmas dinner if we dont watch it...My dau has just got the gson a pool and tells me if it is too hot we can all hop in ...it is about 2 1/2 feet deep....I haven't seen it yet but she tells me it is great she even has a spot alongside where she tells me you sit in it and can put your Scotch or Champas alongside  ;) (Picture 8 adults sitting in the kids pool glasses in hand and the kids all screaming at us to get out....  8) I really hope it wont be too hot ;) ...we have had a couple of runs of 100 degrees+ in your talk already this season....Just been pleasantly warm the last few days but warming again with each day  ::) Re the Mills in 51 they list as Sourton Okehampton Devon...in 1871 as Okehampton Village by then Robert is Widow living with him r sons Edwin and young John 11 years who has appeared...I wonder if having a child at close to 50 may have killed Eliza (never seen her as Elizabeth) and was hoping to see if she is still with us in 61  :D.....Merry Xmas to you and yours ;D Kris  :D

Did you join my up to my group? We would love to have such a nice helpful person and of course anyone with a sense of humour is doubly welcome ;D

Thanks T this appears to be the same family Debbi found. Am starting to wonder if this is them now that u have come up with the same family...I wasnt very hopefull it was them with Eliza being listed as Elizabeth and born Devenport instead of Sourton and havent come upon Samuel before ..but since 2 people now coming up with the same family it appears it is the only possible family there  :-\ ....Does seem strange though even though the ages seem good there really should be Edwin 11 and John 1 living with them at least ...these 2 r with the widowed father in 1871....Eliza died as Eliza in 1866.....Would u please have the reference details for these entries? I will hang onto them just in case...Possiblilities for some of the older children look good..... The only other thing I wonder is if they r mayb in Okehampton...This youngest son John does list as Born Okehampton in 71 census  :-\  Thanks Kris  :)
