The hole with the dent, is where I have been banging my head !!
I am trying (so far, very unsuccessfully) to find a branch of family of Davies's. (This is the only twig on a big tree that I am 110% stuck with)
I know they, William Davies and Florence Nellie Davies, married in March 1915 and were living in 2 Queens Terrace, TroedyRhiw.
I have managed to find an old letter, dated 1968, and they were living in Morlais Street, Merthyr.
I would love to know what happened to them in between, when William died (there are a LOT of William Davies's in Glamorgan !!!!!!) - I do know that William is buried in Brithdir .... and where she went after 1968 ... I can't find her death in that area ....
If anyone knows this family .... she was very well known locally (Florrie) .....
Incidentally, they had 3 boys .... Leslie, John and Brynley. I know this is a long shot, but if anyone could help me with these ..... yeah, I know, long shot !
