I have found 4 Mallard families but no 14 year old Charles
yet.

Newbie, I think the Charles and Eliza on my posting are possible candidates - the Charles you are looking for named a daughter Eliza.

I went through Barton St Mary twice just to make sure but I couldn't find him.
