Allen Index Lookup - John SKINNER/Charlotte

This is a long shot - could someone check the Allen Index fo the marriage of John Skinner born c1797 Kingsbury and Charlotte born  c1799 Tring ?
Their first child Alfred was born 1823 Berkhamsted. I could not find a marriage there. Any help in breaking a big brick wall very welcome.

Hi Annelsie,

There is no record of a marriage of John Skinner/Charlotte in the Allen Index for Hertfordshire.
