i believe Dr. Morris was a resident of herts. i would guess d.o.b. to be between 1870 and 1880. i know he was a practicing physician in 1920. i know this isn't much to go on but if it looks familiar to anyone out there, or if you might be able to advise me on how to find info. about him, i'd appreciate it!
