Annoying can't find a bapt for Alice and nothing for Job but the marriage was Dec qtr 1861 Job Stevens Rhoda Shaw Stourbridge district 6c 219 so you should be able to find them on 1861 census If you need help with that I'll have a go tomorrow off to bed now night night

so your Phoebe was named after her Gran
Other ch same couple Mary Ann 21 Dec 1796
Solomon 11 Oct 1795
Moses 18 Aug 1793 These last three spelt STEEVENS but dont worry about that it would be down to the clerk's spelling

Looking at those 1881 census iI'm guessing the first Harriet died and this is a second named after her but I cant see a suitable death in BMD but they aren't complete yet

There is a Solomon 49 death Mar qtr 1876 Dudley 6c 18 worth keeping
No Harriett or Louisa strange have a look on 1881 for harriett1865 can't see any marriages for a Harriett from 1883-1891 either
Birth of Harriet Dudley 6c 22 June Qtr 1878
