1871 to 1901 for Indge census lookup please

William Indge was born 9th May 1841 registered June quarter 1841 Alton.  I have been told he is on the censuses from 1871 married to Harriet.  He was living in Alton until the 1861 census.  Maybe he was not living in Alton in 1871 as one of his children Henry was born in Erith, Kent in 1870.  I have some details from 1881 that he was living in Poplar London but not census records.   Any details of his marriage would also be appreciated.  I am trying to trace living descendents in England.  I am descended from his sister Ann Hopkins Indge.

If you just try the surname in FreeBMD*, with no dates, its interesting to see how a Hants/Wilts name spreads - after 1911 of course you also see Mother's maiden names, so you can backtrack a bit and find marriages
