I had to request the original register to try and decipher these PRs. Boy, were they hard to follow. It looks as if the clerk was one of those chaps whose motto was 'waste not, want not' as he seemed to try to scribble something in every nook and cranny of every page - upside down, sideways on etc. Perhaps he liked standing on his head ( reminds me of Father William in Alice In Wonderland! Do you think at your age it is right?).
Anyway, after that ramble, I'm afraid to say I could find absolutely no sign of Margaret Ellis in the Welwick ORs.
