enoch sidney price -birth ?

Hello all,
I am also searching for my husbands family tree.  I have found his grandfather as Enoch Sidney instead of Sidney Enoch as he was known, and want to send off for cert to confirm this. Dob- 13.05.1916- nov 2001. (c20/112) on death index. 
Q = I have searched for his birth seperately and can't find it. Also would ref above be for death cert , birth cert or both?
I have found his marriage to Ivy James in Feb 1942 (11a/2095) but cant find her birth cert either, believe to be 12.12.1919.

Vol:11a  Page:1505
Mothers Maiden Name - Tasker

Hi Stella,

The birth cert and the death cert would have their own references.

FreeBMD has 2 possibilities for Ivy's birth  (Mar Q 1920):

Ivy M James  ( mother Hillman)  Neath  11a 2437           and

Ivy N James   (mother Evans)  Bridgend  11a 2227

Thanks Sue that could be a possibility, so ref I quoted is for death cert?

Nanny, neither  Ivy's are in the area we thought, brought up in the Valleys!

Will have to ask family for more info.

Will send of for Enoch birth and death certs and their marriage cert, and hope to throw more light on things then.
