 Perhaps this is her;

Name: Miss E LUCKING
Date of departure: 20 March 1908
Port of departure: Liverpool
Passenger destination port: Saint John Nb, Canada
Passenger destination: Saint John Nb, Canada

Age: 22
Marital Status: Single
Sex: Female
Occupation: Domestic

~~~~~~~~
Ship:
 EMPRESS OF IRELAND
If you go to the collectionscanada website and look for the passenger lists, fill in these details - you should be able to find the Canadian doc and that should give you a lot more detail..perhaps even her first name.
Do you have any other names we could look for?
- is this a mention of her? Emma Elizabeth Lucking m. Charles James Shepherd.
www.automatedgenealogy.com -
1911 / Manitoba / Brandon / 22 Township 10 in ranges 28 / page 3 :
you'll find her with her husband here. (children Edward William, Percy Lennard, and Florence Alice)
1911 / Manitoba / Brandon / 48 Townships 11 / page 3
- and Alfred Charles Lucking is here.
However, the marriage index is for Chas James Shepherd and Elizabeth Joy Suckling.  (I can't find an Elizabeth Joy Lucking or Suckling born in England, though...)
Yes there is an Elizabeth Joy Shepherd on the 1911...with a Charles J... was that perhaps a mistranscription of Lucking and she was going by the name Elizabeth?
Follow the details from Kaz's information, & go see if this looks to be your gal...If she is travelling with other passengers who also are from your family, then it will help confirm...the age is close to yours...
then if you think it might be your lady, we'll do our best to find her in 1911...!!!  ;D J.J.
