Lay Family County Cork Look ups

I would be very grateful for some help in tracing the Irish lineage of:

Michael Lay (32) and his Wife Margaret (39) who appear in the Welsh census in 1881 with birthplaces of 'County Cork'.  On that census they have children, the eldest was born in 1866 in Blaina Wales - so they had left Ireland by then.
