Check on transcription please - Lewes

Hi,

I am in Canada and wondered if someone would be kind enough to check on teh original of a transcription next time they are at the records office:

 Eastern Sussex Settlement Certificates 1670-1832
 
I am told that the transciption reads:

Lewes St Thomas at Cliffe


10 Aug 1755  Francis HUTCHINSON, w Anne;  Sarah 27 & Sarah 17  (Henfield)

This fits the family I am looking for, except the "Sarah" 27 should be a "Barbary" (as spelt). It seems strange they had two Sarah's and I wondered if the old writing with similar letters could be mistaken.

Hello Graham - if you put Francis Hutchinson in the search box on www.a2a.org.uk you will see under Parish of St Thomas at Cliffe a ref: to a Settlement Certificate the entry there reads

Francis Hutchinson and daughters Ann 27 and Sarah 17, Henfield
