Don't have much info on these people but I have 6 Chesney's related to my tree by marriage - my Uncle William b1912 married Catherine (Kitty) Chesney b1918 in Glasgow.

Names I have:

Robert Chesney born circa 1823 m Elizabeth Sloan
Son James born circa 1844 m Lillian / LillyAnn Creelman - she was born in Ballymena
Their son Andrew was born 1888 m Caroline McLelland.
They had at least two children, Andrew and Catherine (my uncles wife).

I'm not sure that the older Chesney's came from Antrim but the fact that one of them married a lady from Ballymena suggests that they possibly did.

Dave

Does any of this help?
