David PROSSER and Magdalen WATHEN

I think these two were the parents of my Roger PROSSER who was born in Llandeilo in Radnorshire around 1819-1820.  I think he had an older brother, Thomas Born 1805 who married Mary LEWIS.  Can anyone help me find the parents marriage and if there are any more children and where they were on the 1841 census?

I can't find a Magdalen Prosser on the 1841 Radnor. They may have been over the other side the River Wye, in Breconshire.
 Regarding  Magdalen's maiden name, WATHES is perhaps  a little more common than WATHEN
