Allcock/Alcock family of Stockport

Am looking for the parents and family of John Allcock/Alcock b. c 1834 Stockport. He married Jane Rayner. If anyone wknows the family, I would be very grateful for any assistance

There are three likely candidates in the Stockport area in 1841.

One in Marple, one in Brinnington and the other in Stockport
itself

The Stockport one is

HO107/113 Folio 13 pg 19

James Allcock 35 Spinner not born in County
Hannah          30              not born in County
John                8               not born in County
Mary                6               not born in County
Hannah           2               born in County

Until you get the marriage certificate of John and Jane Raynor 1854, and find out John's father's name, you cannot be sure which of these three is the correct family.

John Allcock married Jane Rayner July 23rd 1854 at Stockport St Marys

John Allcock of full age a weaver of Chestergate, Stockport, father John also a weaver
Jane Rayner of full age of Gouch St, father James, a weaver
Witnesses were Thomas Barlow & Eliza Ford

On the body of the register it has the name spelt as Alcock but John had signed his own name and it was Allcock, Jane's name marked with a x.
