Hello Cathy,

Your search may be more involved than someone having eighteenth century Presbyterian Church records. Click here to see the list of the current index of Presbyterian records that have been microfilmed by the Public Record Office in Belfast. You'll note that the records cannot be copied without written permission from the minister in charge of the relevant church. You need to establish the name of the town, townland or village where your ancestors lived as well as the Church that they attended prior to looking at records.

Try http://freepages.genealogy.rootsweb.com/~rosdavies/SURNAMES/A/Armstrong.htm and on the same website see both CLENDINNING  and Glendinning
I would exhaust www.familysearch.com
I would exhaust www.emeraldancestors.com
and try the Ulster Historical Foundation

Good luck, jim
