City of London Burial Lookup please Sarah Plume

Could someone please lookup a burial for Sarah Plume. She was born 1771 and died 1821. Mention is made by her husband James in his will that he be buried in Christchurchyard . James lived inClerkenwell? With other Children perhaps?
I would be grateful for any help.
