I am trying to find who JANE ANN WALL (b1845) WOODNESBOROUGH married in EASTRY 4th qtr 1865, can you help please

Hi malc,

Looking at the GRO image, the reference is 2a 1449. The 2 men on the same page are James Bicker and Charles Clayson.

James, son, mar, 26, labourer Ag lab, b. Ash
Jane, wife, 25, b. Woodnesborough

On the 1871 census transcriptions, there's a Jane & James Bisker
Jane age 25, born Woodnesborough.
The original writing isn't very good, so could easily be Bicker mistranscribed.

Good old Ancestry & it's mistrancriptions ;D At least Bisker/Bicker isn't  bad compared to some.

Isn't it useful when the in-laws are staying on Census night, makes life a bit easier for us ;)
