Wyneard, Whyneard,Winnard all alias England
« on: Thursday 25 October 07 08:09 BST (UK) »
I am researching in Gloucestershire particularly in the Marshfield, Bitton, Cold Ashton areas, the surname of "Wyneard alias England". I have found a lot on the IGI, am wondering if there was a Susannah Wyneard or England not listed there who was born about 1655/60 - she is an ancestor who has never had a surname and it is possible she is from this family.
The Wyneard name is also loosely linked to the Gunning families of this area.
