I am looking for a marriage between Bernard Bracken and Isabella McGinn,I believe around 1877 or before in the Belfast area.

Not the marriage but birth of a child (from IGI):
Bernard Bracken, son of Bernard & Isabella, born 19 Mar.1877, Antrim, Antrim, Ireland.
Away sorting out DNA matches... I may be gone for some time many years!
