Just my grandmother please

This photo of my Grandmother is in a bit of a mess. Is it possible to cut out all round her and have just her instead. I dont mind if its just head to waist, anything at all you can do to improve it would be great.

Here is one from me.

I kept as close as possible to the original as I love those chairs. My parents had similar ones that were red with a cream trim.

Irene you have done a really good job with this photo. Thank-you. I can remember the chairs as well, they were green with a beige trim. Must have been popular years ago.
