Joseph Mortimore Land enclosures

I am looking for anyone interested in Joseph Moretimore from around the White Waltham area of Berkshire during the period of the 'Land enclosures'.  He sold a cottage and small parcel of land , possibly, to my 3X Great Grandfather George Wise.
 
I know two people were looking for Joseph just over a year ago (on another site) .

Any help much appreciated,
