1861 lookup for Joseph Sutton

Can anyone please do a lookup on Joseph Sutton and his wife Mary Ann
I believe Joseph was born about 1839 he married Mary Ann Maxted in 1860
My interest is in the Age and place of birth of his wife to determine if it is the Mary Ann Maxted I am interested in.
They will probably be living in the Ramsgate area.
