I am looking for a marriage for a Robert McGowan b.abt 1855 he married a Jessie ? she would be born about 1865, they seemed to be about Huron Middlesex Michigan,so I don't know if this is where they got married. Any help will do.

Living in Blyth, Ontario
Born in East Wawan??, Huron County
Parents Gregor McGowan and Margaret Stewart

J. J. Shipley
Age 37
Living in London Township (also born there)
Parents John B. Shipley and Mary Ann McFarlane

The ages don't line up with what you have.

If this isn't the right couple, do you have any more identifying information, such as where they were born, parents' names, etc?

Also, why do you have Michigan as part of the place where they were married?  Michigan is in the United States.

Sorry you have the wrong couple, And sorry about putting the wrong place.
Robert McGowan b.1857,Perthshire,Scotland he came over to Canada,with his Mum Caroline Kennedy and his Dad Robert McGowan.
The place that seems to be coming up is Huron ,Ontario and Strathray,Middlesex.
 someone on Rootschat found me his death he died 1920 also the 1911 census,this it definitely him as it has him being Scotch/Can and his brother John being on the census
On the census it has his wife Jessie and his daughter Jean b 1905,this census was at Ontario.

I've found their daughter's birth:

23 June 1904

I can't make out her middle name.  Could it be Armour?  Her mother's maiden name looks like Jessie Wood / Word Bustin.

Okay, now I've got their marriage:  6 July 1903.

Both in Ontario County.

Well, I totally messed that one up. 

The marriage says:

6 July 1903, Ontario County
Robert McGowan, 46, merchant, born in Whitby, son of Qunten (?) McGowan & Eliz. Armour
Jessie Bustin, 41, born in Uxbridge, daughter of Wm (?) S. Bustin & Catherine Knollin

The birth is definitely this couple's daughter:

23 June 1904, Ontario County
Jean Armour McGowan
Daughter of Robert McGowan and Jessie Wood/Word (?) Bustin

I'm sorry, McCubbin. 

I do think these are the same people as the ones in Uxbridge in the 1911 census. 

Robert McGowan, born July 1855 in Ontario, hardware merchant
Jessie McGowan, born February 1865 in Ontario
Jean McGowan, born June 1905 in Ontario
John McGowan, brother, born August 1853 in Ontario, hardware merchant

Is this the same family you were referring to in the 1911 census? 

FYI, Ancestry has transcribed their surname as Gowan.
