Tees Valley Indexes

I wasn't sure whether to post this on the Technical Help board but I wondered if anyone else had encountered the same problem.
I regularly use the Tees Valley Indexes

I have tried several times tonight but I get this message:

Forbidden
You don't have permission to access / on this server.

Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Is it me or has anyone else had the same problem? I don't know what a 403 error is anyway!

What on earth has happened .. I use it quite a lot but to be honest I couldn't tell you how long it's been like that?

Yes, I also tried Googling it Pels and couldn't get in that way either. Nice to know it's not just me that's been barred, thought I must have worn it out! Must be their server or something. It's only a few days since I used it

Well I've just tried everything I can think of and I still get the same end result! 

Hopefully it's just temporary .. ..

That's happened to me on other sites when they have either moved ISP/urls or haven't renewed their license. Was it a voluntary body who had compiled it?

I went in through a back door but the minute you click on anything .. it takes you back to the forbidden part?

Thanks for the clarification Gadget. It's not compiled by a voluntary body, it's Middlesbrough Council.
Thanks for taking this up Barbara, I hope it's just a minor glitch. Maybe it's to stop me and Pels pestering them!

They are a very helpful and friendly bunch there, maybe we just wore them out.

I use the site a lot, but not today, so hadn't realised it was having trouble until I saw this thread.  The webmaster at UKBMD usually replies quickly, so will just wait and see, will let you know
