Jane Jones/Taylor
« on: Tuesday 27 November 07 10:12 GMT (UK) »
Looking for Jane Jones nee Taylor ( although no marriage to be found to John Jones ).
On the 1901 Census.

I have her on the 1891 Census age down as 46 but badly transcribed so could be 56 or should be abt that. She is born abt 1835 - 1837. ( 1871 Census age 34-81 age 46).

I am now trying to find her on the 1901 Census W'ton area probably... and born W'ton Staffs.
On the 1891 she is living with son James she is a Widow living at the Londs Wton.(St Marys parish)
James is a boarder in the 1901 Jane not with him.

Can't find a death that fits there is one in 1903 and 1910 so she should be on the 1901 Census but can't see her.
Also can't see her as a Jones or Taylor on the 1861 Census with or without Husband John. Or even 1851.
Can anyone find her?
Thanks GG
ps anyone know what "the Londs/Lonz" became as a street name?
