COMPLETED Shillington parish register look up

If someone is heartily sick of the commercialisation of Christmas and would rather go into Bedford Library to escape from all the shoppers I'd be very grateful for a look up in Shillington transcript for the marriage on 18 April 1798 between Joseph BROTHERS and Ann PARKIN. I suspect these were the Joseph and Ann Brothers who subsequently raised children in Langford, appeared in the 1841 together in Langford and was the Ann in 1851 who gave her birthplace as Langford.

The trouble is there's no Ann Parkin baptised in Langford....but there is an Ann Parkinson at the right time.

Wouldn't it be a nice Christmas surprise if the marriage entry had "Ann of the parish of Langford"!

David,  Something was amiss with Rootschat first thing this morning as I did not see your yesterday's posting. & I did go in the library to avoid the 'pseudo' Victorian fair & market to look up some Woodhams of Milton Ernest.

On returning to RootsChat again at 2:15 this afternoon & of course looked at the Beds page; nothing new - but then I noticed something else wrong - the no.of personnal messages had changed. On refreshing the page I got the latest edition.

I'm not going back in this dismall weather; & I havent got my bus pass yet !
