Elizabeth WHITE of Bletsoe - burial
« on: Saturday 08 December 07 15:47 GMT (UK) »
I have 2 definite baptisms at Bletsoe of Elizabeth White, daughter of John White & Mary (Chambers) on 14/09/1764  &  20/06/1769; but I cannot find a burial at Bletsoe for the first one;  unless mum & dad thought it funny to confuse us all & name 2 children the same.

The 2nd one (I assume) married my gt-gt-gt grandfather Thomas Partridge in 1790.

Can someone check if Elizabeth might be buried elsewhere.

Thanks John

Several of mine certainly seem to delight in doing just that!

Hi John

The only Elizabeth White burials between those two dates were at Kempston (2) 1766 & 1769, Lidlington 1769, and Yelden 1769

Regards

David

Thanks David,  next time I am in the library I will check those 3 parishes to see if it says daughter of John & Mary White; but somehow I doubt it.  Some other children of theirs are recorded as buried in Bletsoe. Unless there so happens to be another John & Mary White in Bletsoe & I've got muddled.
