gas at Bailleul December 1915

My father was eventually discharged from the army because of a condition "caused probably as a result of gas at Bailleul in December 1915". He was then with the Royal Army Medical Corps.
I wonder if there is the possibility that someone here has a similar story or has information about this particular gas attack.

Was it the 19th Dec 1915 ? The 1/4th West Ridings and other 49th Div troops were hit by Gas on that date?
