1861 Look up please Rees

Can anyone find John Rees born about 1839 in Cadoxton juxta Neath in the 1861 Census?
In 1851 he is age 11  in Cadoxton with his father John Rees 46 stone mason, and mother Elizabeth Rees 52.
In 1871 he is in Neath with his wife Elizabeth Rees age 28 and children Ann 4,
Elizabeth 3, and Ellen 2, and mother in law Ann Jenkins 68.
His occupation is stone mason and I have a note that he was  possibly lodging in Aberkenfig in 1861 but I have been unable to find him in the census.
any help would be appreciated.

Alternatively, there's a John Rees (a coal miner, single, age 21, born Neath) lodging under the roof of William and Esther Davies at 9 Brewery Street in Aberdare. [RG 9/4065 folio 25 page 44] Scrub that, he has a wife Margaret and kids.

These two are not the right John Rees.He married his Elizabeth in 1865.

I think I have found him now in 1861. His age had been entered incorrectly as 10!  The enumerator's figure of 18 was mistaken  for 10 so his birth had been estimated as 1851.  He is a lodger in Aberkenfig , Newcastle.  occupation mason.
