From the previous post i have scanned this at 300 pixels. Hope you can see the writing at the top.

Hi Malcolm...try this: Select only the area with the writing on it (draw a box around it in the scan program), and scan it as high as you can go, 3200 or 4800 or whatever. Post it, and maybe someone will be able to make it out...

Hi

I also got M Lawson but the rest is nearly impossible. I played with the gamma and curves but it's just not large enough and pixelates very quickly.

Would it be possible to do as China says and just scan the writing part as high a resolution as you can?

FINALLY!!!  I can see it, but only after you ladies said "M Lawson" - then it all became clear  ;D

Look forward to seeing a higher-res scan, as China suggests  :)
