Sunderland - Photographers - Bregazzi & Church

Hi

Can anybody help with a couple of Sunderland photographers I am trying to find out from when and how long they traded they are :-

Chris Bregazzi - The Norfolk Studio, 12 Norfolk Street, Sunderland
Wm E. J. Church - 119 High St, West, Sunderland

I am not having much luck searching with Historical Directories especially with Chris Bregazzi I have a few photos from this studio of different people. Any help would be appreciated.

In Whellan's 'History , Topography, and Directory of County Durham, 1894' there is :

Photographers.
Church & Brantingham 119 High Street West

I could not find Chris Bregazzi, however there is:
 
Taylor, A G & Co., 12 Norfolk Street.

Thanks I have now found William E. J. Church in 1901 as Photographer in Sunderland  aged 29 so I suppose it is possible the Wm Church photos are older than I thought

There were some Bregazzi BMD registrations in Sunderland in C20th. (Source:FreeBMD web site)

CHRIStian O P Bregazzi married Ann B Humble in 1908 in Sunderland area (Source:Sunderland Register Office web site)

Several earlier Bragazzi in Newcastle area (Source: FreeBMD web site)

Some Bregazzi still live in Sunderland today.

Thanks a lot for the Bregazzi BMD`s a big help in coming up with some sort of time frame I also found a Bregazzi birth with Ann Humble as the mother in 1912 which is in the period I thought the pictures had been taken.

I found a Kelly`s 1914 Directory and 12 Norfolk Street had a photographer listed there but not Chris Bregazzi.

Also did a search of Kelly`s 1902 Directory and Wm E. J. Church he is listed at 119 High Street West.

This photograph of my great grandmother has the name Chris Bregazzi - The Norfolk Studio 12 Norfolk Street, Sunderland across the card at the bottom.
She was born in 1893 though unsure when this picture of her as a young woman was taken. Since she's alone, I would presume it was before she was married which would be before 1913 or it might have been when her husband was away at WW1 - I think he went in 1915. Of course my assumptions could be incorrect.
