Annie Louisa Phillips married Harry Harper in 1910 in Smethwick in the Staffordshire. She was 19. I am trying to find out where she was born. The only person of that name I have found in the census was born in St.Clears in 1890 and, given the distance from Smethwick , I am reluctant to accept this without corroboration. Can anyone cast some light on this please?
