1841 Lookup - Thomas HERBERT of Hinckley

Can anybody help with a lookup on Thomas HERBERT (born c1823/4) in Hinckley, possibly St Mary's. Sorry, no more information.

Don't forget they messed around with the ages on the 1841. Census
Over 10 years old they rounded DOWN to the nearest unit of 5.
or they did give the true age ...frustrating...
