census 1821
« on: Wednesday 02 January 08 14:55 GMT (UK) »
Good afternoon everyone, has anyone ever accessed earlier census reports for Dumfries, in particular the one for 1821?. I have an interest in a farm at the Stoop near Dumfries and think that it might be mentioned in the census of that year, thanking you in anticipation stoop.

I may be completely wrong but I thinkonly the Annan census exists for 1821 in Dumfriesshire.

I'msure i'll be corrected! If I'm wrong  :)
