Hi
Is this your relative.
NZ Records are excellent. They cost about £25 and take 6 wks to arrive.
The site above also gives a lot of info.
He must have emigrated to NZ prior to the war....His Kiwi address is on the link.

Many thanks indeed Ady,and it very much is my relative! The proof is the Next Of Kin given as Edward G Studley, who was his Father.he was born in Overton Flintshire in c 1888,to Parents Edward G Studley and Mary Elizabeth Lea.As my names listed suggest,it is the Lea family I am related to.I was made aware of his death just this morning,by a Lea Cousin who emailed me from Australia, who is as baffled as I am how he evidently came to be in New Zealand.Questions arise of course;Did he marry there before the War?Were there any children of this Marriage?Although as he gave his Father as NOK,would this be ruled out?
