Wharton in Blackburn
« on: Thursday 10 January 08 00:38 GMT (UK) »
I am trying to find any descendants of Ernest J Wharton b1877 Dewsbury and Annie L Cosway b1875 Dewsbury.  In 1901 census they were recorded as living @ 23 Eldon St. Blackburn, and he is listed as an Archtectochoral Assistant.
They were married A/M/J 1900 in Wakefield.

Please can anyone help.

Hi Sarah

No children @ 1901 census, this is where i have come to a standstill.  On rechecking my research Ernest was born in Thornhill Lees, Durham.  His father Septimus Wharton was a schoolmaster, His mother was Ann Cass.
