Are they all showing on the 1861 cencue as Thomas & Mary's children, or are the additional ones that didn't show on the previous cencus search siblings of Harriet Cummins?

They are all Sopers   

I can't find Harriet Cummins at all for now - are you positive Cummins was her maiden name anyway?

 :-\Yes it's definately Cummins as I have traced their marriage registered in Dec 1878.

I don't suppose you have the marriage cert?

Just for the record, if she had been married previously, she would have married in her previous married name.

(Note I'm not saying that I think she was married before - merely that I can't find her! )
