Family tree?

Quite a while ago I discovered that some of my family had lived in Avening GLS so I went to the old maps site and downloaded a free 100 year old O.S. map - at that time they were freely downloadable!  It is wonderfully detailed showing to the south of Avening Court, a field with a circular detail named "Roundabout".

Thought I'd check to see if Roundabout is still there and shown on Google Earth.  There is a large tree (approx 70 foot spread) right where the roundabout is shown 100 years ago.

Does anybody know Avening and the Roundabout tree?
