COMPLETED Astwick PR transcript - COOPER/HINTON
« on: Monday 14 January 08 20:27 GMT (UK) »
My 8xg grandfather Thomas Cooper, a weaver from Arlesey, married for the third time at the ripe old age of 74 on 9 Oct 1726 at Astwick to Frances Hinton, before making a permanent exit two years later.

If someone has access to the transcript I'd be interested to know i) if the marriage exists as the entry on the IGI is a member submission and they have been known to spin the odd yarn, and ii) if there is any further detail, as I'm having trouble in pinning her down.

Many thanks

David

Hello David,

Yes the marriage is in the updated  Astwick PR;  it just states their names ...

.... & oh yes, it also says they were both from Arlesey

Thanks very much John. At least I know she was living in Arlesey! And you've broken my losing streak on no extra details!!!
