 I'm looking in the 1901 census for  Lucy Lowe 1874,  Ellen 1882  and Robert 1883  all born Ludborough.

Was that her maiden or married name?

Can't see another Lucy b. Ludborough, but a Lucy Ann Lowe married in 1897 and there's a George Bradshaw on the same page, perhaps he took her name

Don't go to anymore trouble.  Ellen and Robert were in my tree and was wondering who Lucy was.  The problem I'm having is that my family of Towells, well some of them changed their surname to Low(e) so having a good time tracing them.  Some were Lowe on census and Towell when they married.  Lowe on census and Towell on BMD.

1901 which makes me think she married into the Lowe family.  If it's the george you found I don't know who he is yet.  It'll all fall into place one day..
