Hello,

I hope someone can assist in tracing Ralph Mills. He's related to a friend who is interested in learning more about this side of his family. Ralph came from the Careysfort area of Blackrock, Co. Dublin. His father was an Inspector in the Dublin Metropolitan Police. Ralph is thought to have been twice married. Contact with him was lost sometime in the 1950s.
